What I collect
- Information you send through the contact and home evaluation forms: your name, email address, phone number, and any property details or notes you include.
- Basic technical information collected automatically by the web host and, where enabled, analytics tools: pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, and the site that referred you. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How it is used
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a home evaluation, or arrange a conversation you have asked for.
- To understand how the website is used so it can be improved.
I do not sell or rent your personal information. It is not shared with third parties except the service providers that store or process it on my behalf (for example, Google Workspace for email and form submissions), or where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic and the effectiveness of advertising. These tools set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
